Having fun with decorator art glazes

Okay, I admit I am not usually fond on decorator colors on realistic horse sculptures. But I have a bunch of crystal glazes and decided to play with a Lakeshore "Status Symbol" to see how it would come out. I have to say I was very surprised and pleased with the results. I used a Mayco Jungle Glaze that is a high gloss black with blue and violet crystals in it. Then I overglazed with Mardi Gras pearl luster and added silver metallic highlights. He is a real pain to photography with all the natural reflective surfaces but here is what he looks like:
