MMMMM, bread

Okay, I'm a bread junkie. Not the Wonderbread type loaf but the lovely crusty bread such that one finds in a Parisian or Roman bakery or out of your own oven. Bread does tie-in with fired arts too! Two cool sites for those of you inclined to making your own bread are Talk Bread and The Fresh Loaf . And making bread can be very therapeutic. All that kneading and pounding LOL. Now I admit, I'm a fan of convenience, and when someone offered me a bread machine I jumped at it. But truth be told, there is no substitute for a homebaked artisan bread. If you've never tried making your own bread, you don't know what fun and flavor you are missing in your life. Give it a try sometime!
